Reimbursement Strategy

Reimbursement Strategy seeks to design programs to strategically increase third party reimbursement by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and other opportunities that could potentially improve the financial strength of the institution. With a strategic vision focused on the major reimbursement change initiatives at the state and federal levels impacting the revenue stream for the institution, Reimbursement Strategy aims to maximize the institution’s revenue from third party payors through numerous projects focusing on regulatory healthcare issues.

Additionally, the Reimbursement Strategy team uses data to answer complex financial questions for the institution, focusing primarily on projects related to reimbursement analysis with the highest emphasis placed on revenue growth and protection. We integrate a variety of data sources and strive to provide the most meaningful, timely, and accurate data and analysis possible.
