Departmental Management System (DMS) is a commitment accounting system that provides the capabiity to more efficiently answer "How much do I have available to spend?" It is desiged to streamline departmental review of GL transactions by providing a central portal for viewing transactions and completing monthly ledger sign-off.

Training

We encourage all users to participate in training so you can make the most of DMS. To register for training, please launch the Learning Exchange link. After logging into Learning Exchange, enter DMS in search box to obtain a list of training classes.
